About Me

Amy Adams, "The Dallas Swim Lady": Dallas, TX, United States; I have 28 years of aqua instructional experience, am a former school principal and have MS and BS degrees in Education. "Safety first" is paramount in our instruction, since drowning is still the 2nd leading cause of accidental death in children. I'm proud to say that I've taught more than 2,500 children and adults to swim and have a great ability to connect with students of all ages. Our motto: "Improving confidence with every stroke."

Hi Amy,

Just wanted you to know that Nathan was so proud to tell his grandparents and my sister about “swim school” today. He told everything he did and kept saying “Miss Allan happy!” He can’t quite say Adams I guess. We practiced and he cried with me too, but was happy at the same time. Going to sleep tonight after I told him (for the 100^th time) that I was proud of him, he said, “Mommy, I proud.” We look forward to our next lesson!
